Just Call Me a Pasta-Making Connoisseur.
Last weekend, some of our best friends J.J. and Amber came over to make homemade pasta with us. We made butternut squash ravioli and it was delicious! Also, it was super easy. All you need is a pasta maker.
First, we made the pasta dough and let it rise for about 20 minutes.
Cooked the squash next.
Then we ate rosemary flat bread while we waited for the dough and squash to be done. I highly recommend this step.
When the dough was ready, we fed it through the pasta maker a few times to thin it out.
We had a good time folding, cutting, and stuffing the ravioli.
Maybe a little too much fun….
We ate it with a lemon alfredo sauce. It was delicious. We definitely need to put a pasta maker on our wish list so we can eat it everyday, or at least most days.

We finished it off with ice cream and movies because that is the best way to end a fun night!
Hooray for homemade pasta!

Oh my gosh! I am so jealous of you and wish I knew how to do that… now I am hungry after seeing this. You need to do a food blog
